We are a Scout Group in Worthing, offering Scouting to ages 6 – 14.
All of our leaders undergo a training programme with the Scout Association, as well as DBS, and reference checks. Information on the Scout Association’s Adult Training can be found here.
The Group is overseen by an executive committee, who regularly meet, and work tirelessly behind the scenes providing support and keeping the Group running.
Originally formed in 1979, the Group now has over 80 members regularly attending meetings.
We are supported by the Emmanuel United Reformed Church, who we work very closely with, and who allow us to use their facilities for our regular meeting place, for which are are very thankful.
We are also proud to be associated with the United Reformed Church Scout and Guide Fellowship (URCGSF).
